  • Processing Time: We kindly request your understanding that it takes 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping courier and the destination.

    Possible Delays: We endeavor to expedite your order as swiftly as possible. However, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by several factors beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, delays in payment authorization, fluctuations in stock availability, and potential customs delays in your country.

    Tracking Information: After your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number and shipping label to be updated in the system.

  • -Contact Requirement: For any returns or exchanges, please contact us at  contact@byecarolnyc.com to check eligibility.

    -Condition of Product: Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Products must be in a condition that does not affect secondary sales. If the condition criteria are not met, a full refund may not be provided.

    -Non-Refundable Item: We cannot refund or accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used. This includes items worn for press and styling purposes. Please contact us through email for any press/styling inquiries. Also, please be aware that Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

    -Freight Insurance: Our store does not provide freight insurance.

    -Refusal of Express Delivery: We refuse to accept express deliveries that are payable on delivery. If a return or exchange is sent via express delivery, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance and subsequently, the return or exchange of the goods.

    -Additional Gifts: If your purchase included additional gifts, these must be returned with the items for a full refund. Unreturned gifts will be charged and deducted from your refund.

    -For Fabric Products:

    It is not advisable to machine wash any fabric-based products. Machine washing can cause damage and deterioration to the fabric and structure of the item.

    Avoid using bleach on any fabric products. Bleach can degrade the material and compromise the color and integrity of the item.

    In the event of stains, gently hand-wipe the affected area. We recommend using a mild detergent and lukewarm water for cleaning. Be sure to rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.

    -For High-Quality Metal Products:

    It is natural for high-quality metal products to oxidize over time, especially when exposed to certain elements like human sweat.

    If your accessory meets sweat, we suggest rinsing it with clean water. Following the rinse, gently wipe the product with a dry, soft towel to remove any moisture.

    To preserve the integrity of the metal, avoid contact with chemical substances, including harsh cleaners and chlorinated water.

    When storing multiple precious metal products, it is important to avoid stacking them together. Friction caused by stacking can lead to wear and tear. We recommend storing each piece separately to minimize contact and friction.
